Refund and Returns Policy for Kitten Sales in Colorado
**1. Refund Policy:**
We regret to inform our customers that all kitten sales are final including both an initial deposit to the final sale. We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
**2. Returns Policy:**
If an owner decides they cannot in good conscious take care of an adopted Kiki's kitty, then we will take the kitten(s) back and will help rehome them. No refunds for the reservation & adoption process.
**3. Health Guarantee:**
We do not provide a health guarantee after your kitten or kittens have been purchased. Their wellbeing becomes the sole responsibility of the adopting family immediately upon finalization of their sale.
**4. Exchanges:**
We do not exchange nor replacement a or any kittens. Each kitten is unique, and we cannot guarantee a similar replacement.
**5. Cancellations:**
Orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed. Please consider your decision carefully before making a purchase.
