We regret to inform our customers that all kitten sales are final including both an initial deposit to the final sale. We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns for a or any kittens purchased from Kiki's Kitties. Once a kitten has been purchased and leaves our place of business, it is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the animal.
**3. Health Guarantee:**
We do not provide a health guarantee after your kitten or kittens have been purchased. Their wellbeing becomes the sole responsibility of the adopting family immediately upon finalization of their sale.
**4. Exchanges:**
We do not exchange nor replacement a or any kittens. Each kitten is unique, and we cannot guarantee a similar replacement.

Orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed. Please consider your decision carefully before making a purchase.
